Have you watched all my free lectures (and asked about anything you were not clear about in this forum)?

Have you attempted every question in your Revision Kit (and attempted them before looking at the answers)? (If you do not have a Revision Kit then it is vital that you buy one – question practice is every bit as important as studying. If you do have one and have already attempted all of the questions, then consider buying one from the other ACCA approved publisher so that you have different questions to practice.)

Have you made sure that you really understand all the topics, and are not just learning rules? (The reason that only 50% of the exam involves calculations is because the examiner wants to make sure you understand and are not just learning rules)

In the exam, did you make sure you answered every question in Sections A and B (even if it meant guessing answers)?
In Section C, did you make sure that you did something from every part of every question? It is more important to have done something for each part than to have finished one part but done nothing for other parts.
Still in Section C, did you make sure that your works were set out clearly in a way that the marker could follow? The Section C marks are for the workings and not for the final answer.

I hope things do go better for you in September 🙂
