Sir, do we need to give conclusion in evaluation or on report questions, even if the question doesn’t ask for recommendation or conclusion? i mean do we get mark for this?
No, but be careful that a recommendation etc is really not required. Eg a report on the viability or feasibility of a project implies that a conclusion is needed.
