Consultants need not bother tendering for work unless they can combine strong client and business sector knowledge with awareness of the latest applications.
Pls explain the above line in simple english, not able to understand?
I think it means that consultants should not try to win work unless they are competent to carry it out. They must have client and business sector knowledge and expertise and they must be up-to-date technically.
