I just completed my F7 exam, it was instructed in the paper to mark the question number at the top of the page by shading a number.. but the number series was upto 7.. but the questions i did was 31 and 32. so i did not mark it. Will i get any marks for my answer?

It is fine.
As long as you clearly wrote what question and which part you attempted on the lined sheets.
Don’t worry about it.
