Hi sir. how are you doing
In the notes its clearly written and you did emphasize in the lectures that new cars with less than 50g/km qualify for 100% FYA. my question, although it is extremely less likely in practice, what could be the treatment of second hand/old cars with low emissions (<50g/km)?
These cars will clearly not be eligible for FYA as you have stated and cars are not entitled to AIA, they will therefore only be available for WDA at the normal rate of 18%pa
