Hello,
When we calculate the contract size in futures – I have learned from open tuition that to convert the Amount due (for example $5Mn) (Contract size is in Pounds) – We take the futures price at the start to convert the dollars to equivalent pounds and then use that to calculate contract size. But i have been seeing in kits, that they use the lock-in-rate to convert the dollar to pounds and then use that to calculate contract size?
Can i use the one taught by open tuition? Will I get full marks in that case too?
Yes you can, and yes you will get full marks 🙂
Thankyou so much!
You are welcome 🙂
