Sir just wanted to confirm one thing. A furnished holiday letting can be given to the same person for consecutive 155 days, right? If no, then can FHL be given in say, 5(5*31=155)alternate months, to the same person?
I understand anything over 155 days is not permissible from long term occupation perspective, but am doubtful about the above point.
It is possible for the property to be let to the same person for more than 31
days, but, when adding together ALL such periods of longer term occupation
(which could be a few periods of letting to different persons), the total must
NOT exceed 155 days.
