fundamental level acca recognition

Hi everyone!
Does anybody know if the acca fundamental level is recognised by any of the relevant authority bodies CPAA, ICAA or IPA in Australia? Or it is not until you complete professional level?
I need this for a skilled independent visa application, could anyone help?

You may want to contact the IFA uk with regards to IPA Australia cause they are member of the IPA group. You may gain exemption for your ACCA papers passed.
