Hi sir,
1)the realtionship between subsidiary and a parent is disclosed irrespective of any transcations between them.Does the parent must disclose the relationship with subsidiary?
2)if the parent has an associate,do both of them should disclose their relationship and transactions in their fs?
3)if parent controls 2 subsidiary,is necessary the transcations between the 2 subsidiaries to be disclosed?
