From nothing to Degree costs

I am asking somebody a specific question.
If you were to self study a full degree in applied accounting.
I am saying.
NO tuition to pay for only this web site.
Books and all exams, membership costs over a 6 year period as a target.
What would you estimate it would cost to do the Oxford Brooks way.
And when you OPT in is there any fees for opting in to the degree.
