Job description:

Responsible for the day to day running of the Accounts Payable function for UK, Ireland, France, Germany

Dealing with supplier queries

Processing invoices and payment runs

Processing petty cash expenses

Reconciliation of all supplier statements

Reconciliation of store takings

Responsible for all travel expenses, ensuring all expenses are in line with the T&E policy

Reconciliation of 2 company credit card accounts

Bank account reconciliations

Cash flow forecasting

VAT returns

Intrastat

Monthly payroll

Sales reporting – weekly/monthly

Accruals and prepayments

Profile:

Minimum 12 months experience required

Studying or willing to study towards an accounting qualification such as CIMA/ACA/ACCA

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

French and English languages essential

German language a plus

Advanced excel skills

Self-motivated, enthusiastic and conscientious
