    What do u mean by knowingly a party plz explain with an example

    If you’re an employee and your employer is conducting business with the intention of defrauding creditors, you as an employee will be looked at closely to see whether you knew what was happening and took no steps to prevent it. You were knowingly a party to the employer’s actions of defrauding suppliers / creditors
