dear sir could u please tell me whats the penalty for fraudulent trading is it 10 or 7 years imprisonment and or fine…my text says 7 but my kit says 10 years…….could u please also tell whats for indictment and whats for summary conviction…please also tell how civil law deals with fraudulent trading…thanks
You know, a better reference to access would be:
a) internet, google, amnd search for “fraudulent trading”
b) a dictionary, to distinguish between summary and indictment, and
c) the answer to the past exam question which asked exactly that question
