Dear Tutor,
i have no prior accounting background. What is the foundation stage for beginners in ACCA.

The foundation level qualifications lead to slightly lower qualifications than the ACCA qualification, but if you get on well and like the subject you cn lter use the foundation qualifications to give you some exemptions for the ACCA qualification.
