Foundation for f7

Hello Mike
I am sitting f7 in december and my study mode is mainly OT followed by revision kit. I have gone through some of the f7 lectures and felt it is a big step from f3. Do I have to go through f3 lectures and then start f7?

That really depends upon how much you can remember and also how motivated you are
You’ll probably find that the F3 stuff that you learned will come rushing back to you when you get into the F7 material
