Please explain the format for briefing paper briefing notes and Memo
Are they all same and how should we end them like with a conclusion or writing such lines would be ok like ..”please dont hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or require any further explanations “
January 31, 2021 at 7:16 pm #608703Reports, memoranda and briefing papers have more less similar formats: heading, to, from, date, subject.
Whether a conclusion or recommendation is needed depends on the question.
The bit about “please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or require any further explanations” would usually be reserved for a letter, but not fatal elsewhere.
February 1, 2021 at 1:46 pm #608748I’m planning to attempt SBL and SBR in June/Sept. Can I still use the textbook which is until June 2020?
February 1, 2021 at 6:42 pm #608784See here for Syllabus changes For September 2021 onwards:
https://opentuition.com/topic/materials-for-change-in-sbl-syllabus/
Our notes will reflect the changes but won’t be released for a little while
There were no changes from 19/ Sept 20 to the 20/June 21 Syllabus sou your text is fine as it is for June 2021.
You will have to ask about SBR on that forum.
