    Dear sir,
If we get a question like below:
    I) explain five deficiencies
    2)recommend a control
    3)describe a test of control

What is the format for replying?
Is it like in the kit we separate 3 row for answers?

Yes. The three column approach is efficient and markers like it because it is relatively easy to mark.
