    I forgot to reference my graphs and tables, is this a big problem ?

    Although you should show the source of all graphs, charts and diagrams as long as your in text referencing is good and your reference list is appropriate it may be overlooked. As you can do nothing about it now, stop worrying!

    Hello , I’m also now realizing that I submitted the wrong reference list. I submitted the one I was using as a work in progress . In text I would cite appropriately as e.g ( Yahoo, 2022 ) but on this reference l had not yet put some of the designators hence it would look like Yahoo closed acquisition of stock. Yahoo.com. Available at: https://www.yahoo.com/press-release/ [Accessed 1 Jan. 2023]

    Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it now. If only affects the odd one or two references then you may be ok.
