Sir i am able to solve the forex questions however there is only one type i am finding trouble in
There are some questions that asks whether the method given in options effective or not?
Now sir what i think is that for a method of hedging to be effective it needs to provide certainity in cash flow and should concern profit or loss
So if a question asks whether the methods are effective or not i need to see whether they are applicable or not and don’t think about profit or loss
Like leading is always a method of hedging foreign exchange risk…
    Am i right?

When evaluating the effectiveness of a hedging method, it is important to consider its applicability rather than focusing on profit or loss.
The primary objective of hedging is to provide certainty in cash flow and mitigate risks.

Leading, as a method of hedging foreign exchange risk, is generally considered effective. It involves adjusting the timing of foreign currency payments or receipts to align with anticipated exchange rate movements.

However, it is important to note that the effectiveness of a hedging method may vary depending on the specific circumstances and objectives of the company.
