Sir its not about marking . I just intend to ask that like there is a test of control mentioned in examiner answer that :
Discuss with payroll clerks the process they follow for obtaining authorisation of overtime sheets, in particular during periods of annual leave. Compare this to the process which they should adopt to identify any control exceptions. Here I just want to ask that instead of “discuss with payroll clerks…” can I begin writing TOC with “Ask from payroll clerks…..”
Only this much I am asking
August 29, 2018 at 6:36 am #469942And I have already replied that “ask from” is not English. To “ask for” something would be English but makes no sense in this context.
August 29, 2018 at 10:40 pm #470076Ok. So if for any TOC we have to write that ask from management… but as you said that ask from is not proper English , so in this case what alternative word we can write like if we have to ask from management something? Enquire from management would be fine?
August 29, 2018 at 10:45 pm #470077And suppose in a response of audit risk we want to begin with that ” Perform increased testing over the cutoff of sales” , So using Perform in the beginning of response (i,e starting the sentence with Perform) is fine OR is it also incorrect English?
August 30, 2018 at 6:47 am #470090That would be ok
