1)Sir my question was that In White v Chief Constable of South Yorkshire Police (1998), was the claimant considered as neighbor or not?
2) As you said that Private company can issue shares by accepting goods or services at undervalue. But in such case who is receiving ADEQUATE consideration and who is receiving INADEQUATE consideration? Please tel me this much.
The status of neighbourhoodness was never an issue – the case never got that far. The claimants were not in any physical danger themselves so were not primary victims and the case situation did not fall into the “rescuers” exception
If I give you something worth $3 and you in return give me shares with a nominal value of $100, was it you or was it me that received inadequate consideration
Now stop asking me this same question about under / over / adequate / inadequate
I’ve answered it enough times already
OK?
