Sir in the last post you replied that All team members work should be revised by someone more senior than the preparer.
BUT, why the answer cannot be ,All team members work should be reviewed by someone other than the preparer

The correct answer is D – that is the only one which is true. You have quoted answer C above.

Sir I mean to ask that why the answer cannot be that All team member work should be reviewed by some one of manager level or above? Why this ans is wrong?

Are you an idiot? Read your original post again, particularly what option D, the correct option, says. (I assume you meant to type ‘reviewed’, not ‘revised’.)
