1)a) Sir I am still confused that can Private company issue shares by accepting goods or services at undervalue? yes or no?
b) If answer is yes in a) then here who is receiving ADEQUATE consideration?

1) for the umpteenth time, yes
2) third party transfers a waste-paper bin to the company and, in exchange, the company issues 100 shares of $1 each
3) “The claim was rejected by the House of Lords on the basis that none of the claimants could be considered “primary victims” “since none of them were at any time exposed to personal danger nor reasonably believed themselves to be so” so the plaintiffs failed in their actions
