Yes sir, But shouldn’t the number of shares be 1,000,000 , 1,200,000 and 2,000,000 (since the value of shares is 500,000 and the par value is 50 cents)?

That $500,000,000 worth of 50 cent equity shares is information about the share capital at what date?
