    Hi,
Could you please tell me the connections between each chapters?
Or what can I do to build this flowchart in my mind?

For example, p3, due to the change of external and internal factors, strategic position has been changed, then we need to think strategic choices, evaluate them.

For P5, I just can’t have a big picture for the structure, can’t think them logically. I don’t know how they link to each other.

    Many thanks

The central theme is performance measurement which should lead to performance management and hence improvement.

So, what is meant by good performance?
What metrics can be used to judge that (financial and non-financial)? How are these judged (eg benchmark them)?
How are the results to be displayed ie report formats
What external events can affect performance (eg PESTEL and 5 forces analysis)
How could IT and other techniques be used to improve performance?
    Role of quality in performance?
Role of people? Motivation? How are targets to be set?
If all else fails, how might failure be predicted?

    This article might help:
