Can a floating charge (of a loan’s security) be bank account of business?
A charge gives lenders security because they can take and sell the assets to reimburse themselves if the borrower defaults.
Fixed charges ‘attach’ to specific assets. Floating charges attach to whatever assets are there at the time of default.
