flexed budget question

Hi everyone
could someone please make me clear the question on flexed budgeting?

It is stated that flexed budget is revised to reflect the actual level

So when in the question we are given the budgeted quantity and price for the stated quantity and then the actua quantity and actual price for that quantity,

for flexed budget preparing do we have to take the actual quality or actual price?
