sir I did not get the point where it says in flat rate schemes, A ltd must issue invoice as its customers are vat registered and B ltd should not issue invoice as its customers are not vat registered.
I have not said that. The OT note says that a VAT invoice must be issued if a customer is VAT registered but a VAT invoice need not be issued if a customer is not VAT registered.
