Hello

If a fixed charge is created on an asset on 10 Jan 2016 and this charge is registered on 16 Jan 2016 and another fixed charge is created on the same asset on 13 Jan 2016 and this charge is registered on 15 Jan 2016 , then which 1 has priority?
