BMG is a college which specialising in providing business management and professional accounting courses.Historically, the college has used solely financial performance measure to assess the performance of the college as a whole.
The college’s managing director has recently heard of the ‘ balance scorecard approach’ and is keen to learn more.Required :
Propose the managing director with fitgerald and moon’s six dimension with reason provided for every performance indicator you proposed. (20marks)Its a strange question because Fitzgerald and Moon is not the same as Kaplan and Nortons Balanced Scorecard.
However, Fitzgerald and Moons six dimensions are listed in the course notes in Chapter 16 (Financial, Quality, Resource utilisation etc..)
What you need to do is suggest performace indicators for each of the dimensions. So, for example, as a measure of quality you could suggest exam pass rates, or the percentage of students coming back for more courses,
