Can FYA be claimed for 100% of the cost even if the asset (eg low emission car) has personal use? If not then how do I calculate the allowance? Many thanks
For personal use to be an issue then it must be personal use by the proprietor / owner of an unincorporated trade – in which case the FYA available would again be based on the business use %
