Hi,
On the SOFP do we have to have assets shown as negative values or can we leave them as positive and make the adjustments accordingly?
Also, is workings enough (assuming you get the right answer) to get your marks without displaying the corresponding journal entries in the workings? I struggle with the journal entries.

Journal entries are not required in the exam except in truly exceptional circumstances
Maybe a quick visit to the John Moffat F3 lectures would be a good idea to help you through with your journal entry problems
