Read a question which belongs to F1:
Which of the following determined by country’s export & import goods or services and financial capital as well as financial transfer
A) Balance of trade
B) Balance of payment
My problem: what is financial capital? financial transfer? balance of trade and the balance of payment mean here?The balance of trade is the inflows and outflows from the trade in goods.
The current account includes the balance of trade but also income from overseas investments and transfers such as those to and from the EU.
