Dear Sir,
If you are asked to: “Produce Financial Planning estimates for X Inc. that show whether or not X is likely to achieve its financial targets. State clearly any assumptions that you make. (Full pro forma statements of financial position are not required).
Please, could you give a guidance on this type of question?
Depending what the targets are, you would be expected to provide budgets for future years to determine whether or not the targets are likely to be met.
