Dear Tutor, would you please help me to give an example of this kind of financial assets?

eg: a non derivative contract for which the entity is or may be obliged to receive a variable number of entity’s own equity instrument IAS 32

A borrows $1 million from B.

A can settle in cash or by giving B $1 million worth of A shares.

That’s my best guess.
