The question asks what issues should FP consider when creating an appropriate mission statement.
I was going to use the Performance Pyramid in my answer and demonstrate how some of objectives need to be linked to creating the mision. Am I right in using it?
That might work as a way of generating ideas eg, you could mention flexibility in the mission statement. However mission statements have to be relatively short and snappy otherwise no one will read them.
