sir would it be wrong to state that a provision will be created for reconditioning costs, as there is a constructive obligation(from PAST PRACTICE) to carry out reconditioning every two years?

You cannot make provisions for ‘fixing’ or ‘improving’ NCA. Please revisit our FR lectures on provisions.

If you don’t HAVE TO DO IT, then no provision.
