    hi
I would like to start with FIA this month, I saw that open tuition is offering free study notes for June exam in FIA, what I would like to know is if reading the study note is enough to take the exam or i will need some books if yes which books, and if I want to do CBE, can I still use these study notes? I’m new here, so I hope I am in the right place
my savings are now too tight for me to dare seeking for FIA provider with a baccalaureate in accounting and management, I think it will just be a revision for me.
    sorry for my english.

Hi there. I am due to sit my exam on 3rd May (CBE) on the F1 paper. I downloaded the notes from this site and then bought the BPP notes and BPP revision questions and Kaplan revision questions. In my opinion, OT notes are more user friendly that the 400 page BPP text. That said, the OT notes are not fully compliant with current syllabus in my opinion (micro economics not covered) and therefore worth looking around. That’s just my opinion though and I’m sure plenty of others will disagree with me!

The OT notes give good coverage of the syllabus and many people pass just using those. Microeconomics needs to be added, but more importantly, you must ensure that you have lots of question practice. Therefore, it is important that you get hold of a revision kit (ie a bok of practice questions ) from a big training publisher such as BPP, Kaplan or Get Through Guides.
