    1)Sir is it such that there are certain things which are not covered in OT notes but are covered in OT lectures?

    Sir please tel me whether the following topics are included in syllabus AND is it also necessary to do these?

    a) DISADVANTAGES of life cycle costing and target costing ?

    b) Advantages and disadvantages of through put accounting?

    c) Feedback control and feed forward control ?

    d) Measures to be considered before measuring performance e.g measurement needs resources, must be relevant, must be in relation to some thing, must be fair etc ?

    e)Behavior issues regarding performance measurement like short termism and manipulation?

    f) methods to encourage long term view ?

    There are lots of things that I mention in the lectures that are not in the notes. I have told you this many times before – the notes are not a study text, they are simply lecture notes, and like all lecture notes only form a basis for what is in the lectures.

    And I have also told you many times that the lectures cover more than enough to pass the exam well, so I am not going to spend time going item by item down your list 🙂
