Sir am not able to understand the difference between positive feedback adn negative feedback?
Variance analysis is feedback control.
If the variance is adverse, we try to correct the problem so as to reduce the adverse variance in the future – this is negative feedback.
If the variance is favourable, we try to take action so as to increase the variance in the future – this is positive feedback.
(However I have no idea why you are interested in this for Paper PM. Just knowing what feedback and feedforward control are is quite sufficient 🙂 )
