Dear tutor,
Can I use NOPAT-capital exp to get the FCFF figure, even though the question gives other information about the non cash flow eg. depreciation? And is the NOPAT derived from accounting information or a cash flow one?
Thanks in advance!!
FCF=NOPAT+NON CASH CHARGE-CAPTIAL INVESTMENT-WORKING CAPITAL INCREASE
FCFE=FCF-INTEREST PAID-DEBT PAID+TAX BENEFIT FROM DEBT
