Hi I am have exams in AUGUST. I am not sure how to start studying. Do I need to revise the entire textbook? Would practice questions help? Do I need to revise the questions and answers? Do questions repeat in exams? I am overwhelmed…can someone give suggestions please.

I suggest you study using our notes, lectures and our question bank. Then try the BPP questions, perhaps specialising in different syllabus areas until everything is covered. Do not mark your chosen answers on the book….write those on a separate sheet of paper to keep the book unmarked for further attempts at the questions.
If you get a question correct, note that on the book (but not which answer is correct). Don’t revisit that question until revision. Concentrate on the ones you get wrong and understand WHY you were wrong.
Turn to the text book selectively for more detail and information as you feel you need, but I don’t think you should start by reading it all the way through from beginning to.
Real exam questions are not published. I assume they are ultimately repeated as they are selected from a large question bank, but I have no direct evidence.
