SIR i have gone through this sentence and i felt it a bit hard to understand the second part of the sentence :
” the lead partner should be changed atleast after every five years, and other partners involve change atleast every seven years “
question : i request to explain it to me that why other partners should be changed if they are not involved in the engagement?
