I have joined ACCA in 2008 and completed exams on december 2015 and now an ACCA Member and currently working as an Head of Internal Audit Department in a Bank. During the period of I have failed several times and many times just by 1 or 2 marks. But at last i did it.

You had failled in exam , it doesnt mean that you had failed in life, so do not feel depressed.
Yes, you worked hard, you have give your leisure time, but its not the end of story.

Dejection will only create problems and leads you nowhere. Its ok to feel sad but dont make this sadness your home.Just think about where you have failed & carry on your preparations. There will be people around who dont know much about your course. For them failure in ACCA Exams is just like failure in other exams, so they will give their judgements. Its better not to reply them.Just smile & work hard; your results will shut their mouth automatically.

You may fail number of times but once you cross that finishing line all your previous deeds will be forgotten. So, just dont think about what x,y,z says about you.You just have to focus on your goals , thats it.

You have to do it for yourself, for your parents who still believe in you , for your friends who know your actual worth. so just get up and fight.

Let this failure not deter your will to succeed.

So just let this feeling of failure sink in, accept the responsibilty, see where you were wrong and work hard.

Just imagine the feeling when you will succeed, the smile on your mother’s face ;the feeling of pride & satisfaction in your soul that you didn’t give up when whole world wanted you to.That feeling has to be earned, work for that……. Just go for it…

Yes, that is good advice. I failed p5 and p7 many times. Last June I passed p5 which was my weakest paper .I always come close to passing p7 but still failed this time with a much lower mark and a high mark in p5.

Learn your models, read a markers prospective article and make sure you understand the verbs used. These are key to passing. Time management is also crucial. Practice lots if pass papers over and over. Don’t ever give up.
