    In payable if the discount cost is greater than the factor than is it net cost or benefit am confused same with receivable….can u explain

    I don’t know what you mean because we only ever use factoring on receivables – not on payables.

    Sorry I meant finance cost in payable …not using the annual cost % formula…..
    Yes I have watched the lecture ….but am talking about the long way where we have to find the trade payable after discount is offer n all …in ur lecture for it I have just showed the formula way..

    Sorry but I am still confused, because in my lectures I work through examples calculating the net cost or benefit of offering a discount and of using a factor (both the ‘long way’).
