i am facing problme of remembering case names in chapter 4 from notes. the cases are often mix up when i write answers or forget. i am so worry that how these could be remember in exam day becos these would be increase as i go to next chapters. tell me any portable way through i can settle this problme and pass f4.
plz reply me soon.September 26, 2012 at 9:53 am #105214Don’t worry about it! It’s great if you can remember the names, but it’s not a disaster if you can’t. Examples are sufficient or “In a decided case ….”

this is the method of prsenting answer?one thing more if we give example then what write in it as related to carlill case?
plz guide me about presentation of this paper. i read the exam techniques but some not knon how to present may be this would be proble of many students.so plz reply. Thanks

there are enough comments about technique spread throughout the video lectures – on countless occasions I can remember saying ” ….and that’s all you would need in the exam”
