I am just wondering when the lectures and notes for FA20 will be release here on Open Tuition as I am intending on trying to get a head start for my June 2021 Exams.

The OT study notes should be online within 2 weeks and the lectures will start to become available after the notes have been published.
If you wish to start earlier then the FA 2019 lectures and notes on the Introduction to the subject and on Chapter 2 that deals with the preparation of the Income Tax computation which are currently online may be used – there have been no changes in the basic income tax computation rates and allowances and rules in FA 2020 so the only difference is that in FA 2019 the examples were for the 2019/20 tax year whereas in FA 2020 it is the 2020/21 tax year.Hi,
Noting the latest FA2020 released in ACCA Global (https://www.accaglobal.com/in/en/student/exam-support-resources/fundamentals-exams-study-resources/f6/examinable-documents/uk.html#) and your answer above, does it mean that it appears that there is not going to be much changes to the notes between FA2019 and FA2020 overall, or is it only the first two chapters?
Asking because I am having cold feet and would like to postpone my exams to June but not sure of how much extra I need to restudy. I have already completed the whole syllabus using your notes but didnt have enough time to revise and try the questions, so I am not confident for March’s exam.
Please look at answer to previous question on this issue which is consistent with my earlier reply to this original question and hope that it will allow you to immediately start your June studies if you do not want to wait until the updating process is complete.
You will have to decide whether to sit the March exam but if you have entered and paid for the exam and you have been through all the material – it is essential that you have the time to use the exam kit – I would suggest that you do have enough time to do that before the March exam!
