Hello sir,

i have just attempted my f9 exams and i was wondering if we are allowed to hop directly to P4 without having fully completed level 2 and without having attempted any level 3 papers?

You can only take P4 if you have either completed all the F level papers, or if you attempt the remaining F level papers at the same time as P4.
