My teacher here advised me that the syllabus of f9 is relatively short and can be done within a couple of months for the march session , I had already planned giving f8 as well , what do u think is it a good idea going for these two with a couple of months in hand?

I am not sure I agree with your tutor about the syllabus being relatively short!

However if you start studying now you should certainly be able to take both exams in March.

If you download our free Study Guide you will find it has links to all of our lectures – they are a complete free course for Paper F9 – and details of the best past exam questions to attempt for practice.

Yes, although nothing very major (and don’t ask me what because I no longer have the 2015 syllabus 🙂 )

If you are asking because you want to study using old books, then if you are watching my free lectures you do not really need a Study Text because the lectures are up-to-date and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
What you do need is a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers, because that contains lots of exam-standard questions for practice and practice is vital to passing the exam. You need a current edition because the format of the exam changed a lot two years ago and you need to practice questions in the current format.

Yes. Although if you are watching my free lectures then you do not really need the Study Text. The lectures are a complete free course for Paper FM and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.

What you do need is a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers, because that contains lots of exam-standard questions for practice and practice is vital to passing the exam. Your edition is fine for the March 2019 exam.
