Oh dear, I studied so hard for this paper and yet found it very challenging. MCQ were so time consuming and somewhat difficult. Part B was also very demanding: almost impossible to complete within the stipulated time. Really pray I make the pass mark. Goodluck to the rest of you!

I think the paper was okay………the only mistake we make as students is trying to establish a trend on what is likely to come in the exam. What is important for someone studying to become a professional is to know most if not all the basic knowledge before the exam

I think F9 this September was very tricky. I felt so overwhelmed and worried when reading the exam. I struggled a lot to try doing all exams. I need a lot of lucky to pass F9 in this attempt. Hope that there is a miracle somewhere.

The ACCA will not be publishing the whole of the September exam – only part, and not until after the December exam anyway.

“With the introduction of the four exam sessions, we will continue to publish the same number of exams, two per year, and at the same times, after the December and June exam sessions.

These exams will be compiled from questions selected by the examining team from the two preceding sessions. That is, they will not reflect the entire September or December exam, for example, but will contain questions most appropriate for students to practice. “

Really? Did acca say this? I cannot find this comment.

I think regards to MCQ they should publish it all for practice for students. Will open tuition be putting any MCQ answers up atleast please? Also the above comment does that mean past paper won’t be unavailable too or just the answers for sep exam? I would like a copy of the F9 past paper for sep 2015.

Of course the ACCA say it, otherwise I would not post it!! We don’t invent things!! 🙂

It is printed above all the indexes of past exam questions on the ACCA website (there is a heading that says ‘Publishing past exams for F5 to F9’ – try clicking on it.)

How on earth can we put up answers to the MCQ’s when we are not able to see them?
As usual, when they do publish (after the December exams) then we will put up our suggested answers to whatever they make available.

Their statement is pretty clear. They are going to publish questions and answers every six months as they always have. They are not going to do it four times a year now that there are four sittings.

You might like a copy of the September 2015 F9 exam, but (as the statement says) you are not going to get one.

With regard to practicing MCQ’s, we have an online MCQ test which selects 20 questions at random from a large bank of questions (so every time you try it you are likely to get different questions).
For more practice you need to buy a Revision/Exam Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers, because they have lots of exam standard questions to practice on.
